Delivery
Orders exceeding $100 will receive free shipping within Edmonton, Sherwood park, Leduc, Niaku regions. Orders below $100 can be delivered with a charge for the delivery. Same day delivery is subjected to the orders of selected items and the order should be placed before 12 pm. All deliveries are available in Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm except for statutory holidays. Contact person should be available to receive the order.
Return & refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it in saleable condition. K&L Trading reserve the right to determine the condition of the retuned goods are in acceptable condition or not. The goods should be retuned within 10 days of purchase with original invoice & packing slip to 919 Daniles loop SW, Edmonton location. It must be in its original package and with all accessories and related documentation such as manuals. Alternatively, you can return the items to our delivery person, if you have another delivery order to the same location within 10 days. K&L Trading reserve the right to request identification before returning or exchanging items. Please call us 587-921-2429 or email us at info@deskxpress.ca / return@deskxpress.ca to provide details before retuning and obtain a reference number. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless a product has been shipped in error. In this instance the appropriate shipping re-compensation will be given to the customer.
